Are all materials really free of harmful substances?
Yes, at LIONHERZ® we place the greatest emphasis on safety and quality. All materials have been tested and certified by independent laboratories . So you can be assured that our products are completely safe for your child.
What materials are used for LIONHERZ products?
Our products are made from high-quality, non-toxic materials such as 100% cotton, robust wood, and safe plastics. Safety and quality are our top priority.
Are the play tents and teepees easy to set up?
Yes! All of our tents are easy to set up and come with clear, illustrated instructions. Each instruction sheet also includes a QR code to a video tutorial. Thanks to our well-thought-out design, assembly is completed in just a few minutes.
Are the products washable?
Many of our fabric products, such as mats and bunting, are machine washable . We generally recommend hand washing or a gentle cycle at low temperatures, as natural materials may shrink. However, please refer to the individual care instructions in the product description.
Are the products suitable for outdoor use?
Our play tents and teepees are primarily designed for indoor use . They can also be used outdoors in dry weather, but should not be exposed to the elements for extended periods.
How does the large teepee set differ from the basic set?
The large LIONHERZ® teepee set contains everything from the smaller version, but comes with additional decoration and cuddly pillows.
- Basic set: Tipi tent with carrying bag, cuddle mat, stabilizer, feather tip and wooden feather decoration.
- Large set: also includes a pennant chain and two cuddly pillows (lion and heart) for even more coziness.
Perfect for a harmonious overall look and extra cuddly factor in the children's room!
Is the play tent mat included when I order a Lionherz play tent?
Yes! If you choose the play tent with accessories , the soft play tent mat and a decorative hanging rainbow are included. The play tent without accessories does not include this mat, but you can order it separately at any time.
