Orders placed by 2 p.m. are usually shipped the same day. 
Orders placed after 2 p.m. will be shipped the next business day.

An exception to this are our play furniture, ball pits, and children's room furniture. These are handmade for you and individually packaged, and require a preparation time of 2-5 business days before shipping.

The play tents, playhouses, and tunnels are shipped via DHL.

The ball pits and fabric furniture via UPS.

And most wooden play equipment and children's furniture via FedEx.

We offer free shipping to Germany and Austria.

Many of our products are also delivered to other EU countries* for a shipping fee of €6.99.

Yes! All of our tents are easy to set up and come with clear, illustrated instructions. You will also find a QR code on every manual that links to a video assembly guide. Thanks to their well-thought-out design, setup is completed in just a few minutes.

Our tents and tunnels are very easy to keep clean:

• Teepee & Playhouse: We recommend hand washing or a gentle cycle at low temperatures to prevent the fabric from warping.
  
• Round play tent & tunnel: These models have metal rings sewn in, so they are not machine washable. However, you can easily spot clean them.
  
• Mats in all play tents: These can be easily washed in the machine – ideally at 30–40°C.
  

This keeps everything looking nice and safe for a long time – for many hours of play and snuggle fun.

Our products are primarily designed for indoor use. In dry weather, they can also be used outdoors, but should not be permanently exposed to the elements.

The large LIONHERZ® teepee set contains everything from the smaller version, but comes with additional decoration and cuddly pillows.

• Basic set: Tipi tent with carrying bag, cuddle mat, stabilizer, feather tip and wooden feather decoration.
• Large set: also includes a pennant chain and two cuddly pillows (lion and heart) for even more coziness.

Yes! If you choose the play tent with accessories , the soft play tent mat and a decorative hanging rainbow are included. The play tent without accessories does not include this mat, but you can order it separately at any time.
